The cuisine at the Hotel Rosenblatt in Cervia is the pride of our establishment. Professionalism, quality and passion are our strengths. Breakfast takes place every morning from 7:15 to 10:00 a.m. It is served on the veranda and in the garden, ideal for starting the day in the best possible way. The sweet and savory pastries are completely homemade and we offer different types of cakes every day as well as yogurt, assorted cereals, jams, honey, bread, Nutella, eggs, sliced meats, cheeses, fruit and much more. Finally, there is no shortage of beverages such as juices, tea, cappuccinos, coffee and milk. In addition, we offer a corner dedicated to BIO and gluten-free products.
Lunch and dinner are held from 12:30 to 13:30 and from 19:30 to 20:30 (entrance time), respectively. Every day we offer 4 first and 4 second courses to choose from meat and fish, with fresh homemade pasta, vegetable buffet and appetizers. To end the meals we serve fresh fruit and desserts prepared by our pastry chef. Water is always included in the price and, if requested, alternative menus are prepared for special needs, intolerances and for children.
